Land Use and Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Leah Goryl is a dedicated land use and commercial real estate attorney recognized for her strategic approach and success as a trusted advisor. She represents landowners and developers across northeast Florida, guiding them through every phase of development.

Ms. Goryl began her commercial real estate journey at DMHD, where she focused on land use and zoning matters, and advanced her career at Regency Centers. There, she managed a substantial volume of transactional matters and operational objectives for a large regional portfolio of retail shopping centers. Her experience at Regency Centers involved close collaboration with leasing, development, and operations teams to draft and negotiate complex leasing and transactional documents. Ms. Goryl also played a key role in refining leasing processes and procedures and providing crucial training for internal teams.

Through her extensive in-house experience, Ms. Goryl gained a deep understanding of the operational and strategic aspects of real estate transactions. She is committed to delivering effective solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
