Mr. Lever focuses his practice on commercial real estate law and advises clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures, and financing. He has experience in a broad range of commercial real estate matters and represents owners, operators, managers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, borrowers, lenders, investors, and developers in connection with office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and senior housing property types.
