Mr. Lever focuses his practice on commercial real estate law and advises clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures, and financing. He has experience in a broad range of commercial real estate matters and represents owners, operators, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, borrowers, lenders, investors, and developers in connection with office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and senior housing property types.
