Ms. Duncan works primarily with Mr. Diebenow, Ms. Trimmer, Ms. Rewis, and Mr. Mullaney, supporting a broad range of land use, zoning, and government relations matters. She is responsible for case management and day-to-day operations, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, coordinating signatures, maintaining files, and assisting attorneys throughout all stages of a matter. She also conducts research and prepares materials to support client needs and firm operations.
Ms. Duncan received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Florida and is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Florida. Her background is in operations management and executive administrative support.
