Ms. Pennington works primarily with Mr. Driver, focusing on corporate and securities law matters. She is responsible for overall case management and instrumental in preparing various corporate documents. Ms. Pennington is responsible for the day to day operations of Contega Business Services, LLC.
Ms. Pennington received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of North Florida. She previously worked for Watson & Osborne Title Services, Inc. (Jacksonville, Florida) before joining DMHD in 2007.
Ms. Pennington is a member of the Northeast Florida Paralegal Association.
