Ms. Marks works primarily with Mr. Lever and Mr. Wilson focusing on commercial real estate matters. She is responsible for overall case management in connection with commercial real estate transactions including financings, acquisitions, dispositions and development of commercial, retail and multi-use residential development projects. Ms. Marks brings over twenty years of experience working in the real estate title industry. She has previously worked for First American Title and Fidelity National Title insurance companies.
