Mr. Wester provides a diverse range of land use and development services direct to the firm’s attorneys and clients for due diligence, acquisition/disposition of land, entitlements, zoning approvals, comprehensive planning, and governmental affairs. His expertise includes commercial and residential markets and successfully navigating the regulatory framework on behalf of the firm’s clients or he is integrated as part of the client’s design and construction team to provide creative, timely and cost-effective solutions during the approval process. Mr. Wester’s skillsets include preparing and managing land use presentations, public speaking, and professional representation at public meetings for various quasi-judicial type hearings at all levels of government.

Mr. Wester has over 25 years of combined public and private sector experience serving in lead positions in the planning, engineering, construction, and legal industries. He is also a certified expert witness in site suitability and land use planning for eminent domain cases in Florida. Mr. Wester has consistently served in both appointed and publicly elected positions on various municipal committees and boards and he repeatedly navigates the complex regulatory environment to meet our clients’ objectives with positive outcomes.
