Mr. Wester provides services to clients and our attorneys in the acquisition, entitlement, financing and development of all types of commercial and residential properties; in the acquisition, sale and leasing of agricultural lands; in the comparative analysis of eminent domain cases; in the creation of mitigation and conservation banks; and in the acquisition and disposition of large tracts of rural land. He navigates the complex regulatory environment to meet our clients’ objectives. His 20 years of experience include combined regulatory and private sector in engineering, development and the construction industry serving in lead positions to steer clients through planning, zoning approvals, permit expediting, contract administration, project management and land development/construction monitoring. Mr. Wester is experienced in directing clients during due diligence, cost analysis and entitlement.
