Stephanie Burch serves as the Vice President of Operations for Driver, McAfee, Hawthorne & Diebenow, PLLC. Ms. Burch is a highly accomplished executive with a career that spans over two decades, blending strategic planning, business administration, and legal expertise. Prior to this role, Ms. Burch was the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Concept Companies, a commercial real estate developer headquartered in Gainesville, Florida.

Before joining Concept Companies, Ms. Burch made a significant impact in the public sector as the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Jacksonville. Appointed by Mayor Lenny Curry, she was tasked with oversight of all city departments and helped manage a workforce of more than 6,000 employees. Ms. Burch’s role involved everything from budget management to legislative affairs, and she was at the forefront of the city’s COVID-19 response, where she led the creation of several critical programs, including a $40 million Mortgage, Rent, and Utility relief initiative. Her ability to mobilize resources quickly and effectively during the pandemic showcased her exceptional leadership and crisis management skills.

Ms. Burch’s public service experience also includes her time as Director of the Neighborhoods Department and Chief of the Real Estate Division, both with the City of Jacksonville, and as Special Counsel for the Florida Department of Transportation, where she focused on complex public-private partnerships (P3), including the massive $2.3 billion I-4 Ultimate project in Orlando.

Ms. Burch’s early career saw her handling commercial real estate transactions at small boutique real estate law firms where she gained invaluable experience in managing acquisitions, dispositions, and financing deals.
