Michael Killea focuses his practice on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, venture capital transactions, business formations, and general corporate representation. Mr. Killea has 30-plus years of experience as a legal practitioner and C-level executive officer, including extensive oversight and responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract negotiations, corporate governance, legal administration, risk management, and compliance matters for multi-national publicly-traded corporations. He possesses demonstrated experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting corporate transactions, problem solving and dispute resolution, planning and executing initiatives, and change management. Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Mr. Killea served as Senior Vice President-Risk and Deputy General Counsel for XPO Logistics, Inc., and as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Pacer International, Inc. Mr. Killea practiced law as a partner at Holland & Knight LLP in Jacksonville, Florida, and as a partner and associate attorney at O’Sullivan Graev & Karabell LLP in New York City.
