Ms. McGowan works primarily with Mr. Hawthorne and Mr. Gibbs on commercial real estate matters. She is responsible for overall case management, focusing on title matters. She is also instrumental in preparing various documents for use in connection with commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, and/or divesture of commercial, retail, and multi-use residential development projects.
Ms. McGowan received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Augusta State University. She previously worked for Rogers Towers, P. A. (Jacksonville, Florida) as a title coordinator before joining DMHD in 2014. Before relocating to Jacksonville, she was employed by Phillip Scott Hibbard, P.C. (Augusta, Georgia) as a real estate paralegal.
